We are a computer vision group in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Yonsei university. Computer Vision, a part of Artificial Intelligence, aims at understanding and extracting low-/high-level information from images or videos, and its applications include autonomous driving, visual surveillance, humanoid robots, and medical imaging.
We are studying how machines can be made to mimic what the human visual system can do, (e.g., scene understanding, object localization, action recognition, video tracking and image restoration), and investigating cutting-edge computer vision techniques in order to make computers to see the world (see RESEARCH).
We are looking for passionate new PhD/MS students, Postdocs, and Undergraduate interns to join our team (more info) !
We are grateful for funding from Yonsei University, National Research Foundation (NRF) of Korea, Institute of Information & Communications Technology Planning & Evaluation (IITP), and SAMSUNG.
Daesung Jeon will join our lab in Spring 2021, and will be pursuing a Ph.D. degree
We welcome five undergraduate interns (Hyunwoo Lee, Hyegang Park, Jaeseong Lee, Hojin Park, Gyeongmuk Choi)
